Warranty:

1. SCOPE OF WARRANTY: HCH Technologies (the “Company”) warrants to the original end-user purchaser (“Customer”) that the internal Printed Circuit Board (PCB) and the digital display assembly of the HCHPLUS TECHNOLOGIES JM3-S Digital Jute Moisture Meter (the “Product”) shall be free from manufacturing defects in material and workmanship for a period of Two (2) Year from the date of purchase.
2. EXCLUSIONS FROM COVERAGE: This warranty is strictly limited to the internal electronic components mentioned above. Notwithstanding any other provision, this warranty does not cover: * The Sensor Probe (Fork) and External Wiring: Due to the high-wear nature of moisture detection, the stainless-steel forks, sensor tips, and connecting cables are considered “consumable parts” and are excluded from all warranty claims.

• Physical Damage: Any damage resulting from dropping, impact or misuse is strictly excluded.
• Display Integrity: While manufacturing defects in the LCD logic are covered, any “burn-in,” bleeding, or cracked screens resulting from external pressure or thermal shock are not covered.
• Power-Related Failure: Damage to the PCB caused by over-voltage, the use of non-standard batteries, or battery leakage (acid damage) voids all claims.

3. CONDITIONS VOIDING WARRANTY: This Limited Warranty shall be rendered null and void immediately if:

• (i) The Product has been opened, tampered with, or repaired by unauthorized personnel.
• (ii) The serial number or warranty seal has been removed, altered, or defaced.
• (iii) The Product has been used in a manner inconsistent with the provided operating instructions or in extreme environments for which it was not designed.

4. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY: The Company’s sole obligation under this warranty is the repair or replacement, at the Company’s absolute discretion, of the defective component. The Company shall not be liable for any incidental, consequential, or indirect damages—including but not limited to loss of data, loss of business profits, or inaccuracies in moisture readings—resulting from the use or inability to use the Product.
5. CLAIM PROCEDURE: To initiate a claim, the Customer must provide the original proof of purchase. The Customer is responsible for all shipping, insurance, and handling costs associated with transporting the Product to the Company’s designated service centre.
