Warranty Coverage Overview
Our warranty protects you against defects in materials and workmanship under normal use. The duration of coverage depends on the specific product you purchased:
This warranty covers the internal electronic components and manufacturing defects that prevent the device from functioning as intended. If a covered product fails during the warranty period due to a defect in materials or workmanship, we will repair or replace it at our discretion.
What is NOT Covered?
To keep our terms transparent, please note that the following are excluded from warranty coverage:
Mechanical Accessories: Non-electronic items such as the external testing fork, wires, screwdrivers, and carrying cases are subject to wear and tear and are not covered.
Consumables: Batteries and other items with a limited natural lifecycle.
Physical Damage: Damage caused by dropping the unit, improper storage, or exposure to extreme moisture/chemicals, battery leakage beyond the product’s rated specifications.
Unauthorized Service: Any attempt to open, repair, or modify the device by an unauthorized person will void the warranty.
Broken Seal: Warranty will be void if any of product internal seal is broken.
Misuse: Damage resulting from using the device for purposes other than its intended application.
How to Claim Your Warranty
If you experience an issue with your device, please follow these steps:
Contact Support: Reach out to our technical team with your Invoice Number, Warranty Card and a description of the issue.
Troubleshooting: We will provide remote assistance to see if the issue can be resolved without shipping.
Return Authorization: If a repair is necessary, we will provide instructions on how to send the unit to our service center.
Repair/Replacement: Once received, we will inspect the unit and process the claim according to our findings.
Note: Shipping costs for sending the unit to our service center are typically the responsibility of the customer, while the cost of returning the repaired/replaced unit to you will be covered by HCHPLUS TECHNOLOGIES (within the warranty period).
